Town Umag with its old core is only 3 km away and it can be reached by a small touristic train. This family house and the apartment "Maurizio" provide private enclosed parking space where guests can leave their cars.The owners have a wooden boat so they can invite you on a fishing trip. Here's also the garden so the guests are always offered with fresh fruits and vegetables from it. Furthermore the guests can use Internet connection, receive and send e-mail messages. All apartments are equipped with SAT-TV, washing machine, microwave and an ordinary oven, coffee-machine, toaster, egg and water cooker. Apartments "Maurizio" disposes with air-condition which is not necessary in apartments in the family house because of the massive walls (45 cm) which are isolated and surrounded with greenery.
